Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians (BT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and communities. You will teach communication and social skills while promoting independence and reducing challenging behaviors.

Data is collected with our software to guide real-time clinical decisions and you will collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and other technicians. Join our team for growth, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package while making a meaningful impact

Qualifications

Must have energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities.
Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
Must be able to pass background checks and health screenings.
Must have physical ability to perform job duties, with or without accommodations.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities using research-based methods.
Teach communication, social skills, and independence while reducing challenging behaviors.
Collect and analyze data with our proprietary software to guide real-time decisions.
Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress and receive feedback.
