Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a qualified Behavior Technician to join our center-based team in Newport News, VA. You will provide 1-1 ABA services under BCBA supervision and help implement individualized treatment plans for children on the autism spectrum.

Requirements include current/active RBT certification, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma. You must be able to work Monday through Friday, 3pm–7pm. Competitive pay and benefits may be available.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically support active sessions with children aged 2–15 years.
