Job summary

Autism Behavioral Center in Worcester, MA seeks an ABA Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with individuals with ASD both at home and at our center. You will implement behavior plans and collect daily data under supervision.

We offer paid training and certification, health/dental/vision benefits after 90 days, a 401k plan, PTO, and ongoing ABA trainings including a 40-hour RBT program. Sessions include after school and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Energetic and passionate about ASD support and growth.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred but not required.
• Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with individuals with ASD in home and at the center.
• Implement a behavior plan as directed by supervisor.
• Collect data daily to track progress.
• Sessions after school and Saturdays; part or full time available.
