Job summary

AKABA seeks an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician to support children with autism at home, in communities, or at the center in Massachusetts. The role emphasizes engaging learning environments and collaboration with families, under supervision of a BCBA.

Requirements include a high school diploma, valid driver's license, reliability, and the ability to attend orientation. The position offers flexible hours, paid orientation, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing training.

Required

• Must have reliable, personal transportation
• Must have a Driver's License
• Must be able to work at least 10 hours per week (mostly afterschool hours between 2-8 PM)
• Must have High School Diploma/GED
• Some Saturday availability is preferred but not required.

What we offer

• Pay starts at $20.00 - $23.00 per hour with increases of $1-$3 in the first 3-6 months.

• Case matching: 1-2 regularly assigned clients with whom you can build rapport with over time
