Job summary

Hidden Stars ABA is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists/RBTs to join a growing team.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping build communication, social, and daily living skills with the support of a supervising BCBA. The role offers consistent scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and paid training to obtain RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs.

• Must pass background check and meet state/funding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community setting.

• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA.

About the Role:
Hidden Stars ABA is looking for dedicated, energetic ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our team provides strong support, reliable scheduling, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

Requirements

• RBT Certification (preferred - we can help the right candidate get certified)
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Must pass background check and meet state/funding requirements
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes
