Job summary

Hidden Stars ABA is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists/RBTs to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, delivering ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings. You will implement plans and collect data while collaborating with our BCBA team.

We offer paid training, opportunities for advancement as we expand across New Jersey, and strong leadership support with flexible scheduling. Must have reliable transportation and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; we can assist with certification.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Background check and state/funding requirements must be met.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community setting.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data during each session.
• Follow behavior intervention strategies and provide reinforcement effectively.
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA.
• Maintain professional boundaries and protect client confidentiality.
• Attend team meetings, training, and supervision as required.
