Job summary

Hidden Stars ABA is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists/RBTs to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, delivering ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings. You will implement individualized plans and collect real-time data under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate, real-time data during each session
• Follow behavior intervention strategies and provide reinforcement effectively
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA
• Maintain professional boundaries and protect client confidentiality
• Attend team meetings, training, and supervision as required

Requirements

• RBT Certification (preferred - we can help the right candidate get certified)

• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes
