Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey in Freehold, NJ seeks a Behavior Technician (BT) for full-time, in-person ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role delivers direct client support in homes, schools, communities, or clinics, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills with accurate data tracking.

Starting rate is $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs, final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
