DV Therapy is seeking a compassionate and driven Behavior Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children with special needs, implementing ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA and Program Manager. The ideal candidate is patient, detail-oriented, and eager to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

Implement skill-building programs and behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.

Work directly with children in various settings to promote social communication, adaptive behaviors, and skill acquisition.

Record and collect data to assess the effectiveness of treatment plans.

Receive ongoing training and supervision to maintain best practices in ABA therapy.

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all client confidentiality protocols.

Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans.

Assist with the creation of stimuli and materials for therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.

CPR certification and TB test required.

ABA experience preferred; RBT certification is a plus.

Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.

Ability to maintain professionalism in challenging situations.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

5 accrued sick days. Sick time begins accruing on the first day of employment; however, employees may not use their accrued sick leave until they have reached 90 days of employment.

6 holiday pay days * must meet requirements

401k, 4% contribution *during open enrollment after 1 year of employment

$150 CEU reimbursement with approval after 1 year of employment
