Salary Description: $18.00 - $20.00

Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver One-on-One ABA Therapy: Work with children ranging from 18 months to school age, providing personalized therapy.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Develop and implement customized therapy plans with the support of our skilled team.
• Apply Creativity in Therapy: Use advanced techniques in our play-based and naturalistic therapy environment.
• Guide Children's Progress: Help children succeed in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions.
• Document and Track Development: Meticulously document each child’s progress to inform therapy programs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this position.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Physical requirements include lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs, ability to sustain impact, and ability to move quickly between positions; ability to sit on the floor or in a chair for long periods; expressive and receptive communication in both verbal and written form.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Safety: A background check and drug test will be conducted at time of hire.
