Bounce ABA Preschool Center is seeking dedicated ABA therapists to join our growing team. Our BCBAs provide excellent training and our work environment is unparalleled. Full-time hours are 8:30 PM-3:30 PM to support consistent routines for children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the center.
• Demonstrated ability to protect confidential information.
• Previous experience with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision by a BCBA.
• Collect data and record it accurately daily.
• Maintain open communication with families, BCBAs, and office staff.
• Be punctual, professional, and courteous.
