Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians (RBT Required) to support children with autism in home and clinic settings. You’ll work 1:1 with kids, receive ABA training, and travel locally to client locations within a 20–40 mile radius.

Part-time role with flexible afternoons and early evenings, paid training, and ongoing supervision to help you succeed in a compassionate team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Active RBT Certification required.
• Reliable transportation and driver's license, registration & insurance.
• Willingness to travel 20–40 miles to client locations.
• Passion for working with children; experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Physical ability to stand, kneel, run and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.
