Job summary

The Hope Institute is seeking a Behavior Specialist to conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses, design and monitor behavior programs, and track data to support youth goals. You will help staff implement interventions and train on ABA-based strategies, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes for youth.

Role emphasizes development of data collection systems and ongoing professional development in line with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience applying ABA principles in youth services.
• Ability to design data collection systems and run data analyses.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior support plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform Functional Analysis at Level I/II and assist Level III under supervision.
• Design and implement data collection forms and procedures for behavior data.
• Plot and analyze program data for trends and functional relationships.
• Create and update Behavior Support Plans based on analyses.
