Job summary

EASTCONN CDT Program is seeking an Educational/Behavioral Specialist I to support behavior programs in Willimantic, CT. Responsibilities include data-driven ABA plan development, training staff, and contributing to team meetings to ensure effective student support.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA credential and a CT Behavior Analyst license, with strong data analysis, reporting, and collaboration skills. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, school psychology, or education is required.
• Must hold BCBA credential with active CT Behavior Analyst license.
• Experience with data collection, FBAs, and BIPs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Train school personnel on applicable behavioral strategies.
• Provide feedback and professional development to staff.
• Attend team meetings and PPTs to support program implementation.
• Develop and implement behavior strategies and report findings.
