Job summary

INTERCARE Therapy seeks Behavior Technicians/ABA Behavior Interventionists for in-home and clinic-based roles in Riverside, California. The part-time position offers paid training, comprehensive benefits, and mileage reimbursement.

You will help children with autism learn communication, social, and daily living skills through ABA, while working with supportive supervisors and families. No ABA experience needed—paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus one of: college course completed, currently enrolled in college, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel locally to client locations (20–40 miles radius).
• Bilingual skills are a plus and may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.
