Qualifications

• Prior experience with children with special needs and with ABA-based interventions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the educational and social development of pupils.
• Provide academic assistance and support for individual students in and out of the classroom.
• Monitor student behavior and apply approved behavior management techniques.
• Administer ABA-based intensive behavior interventions as directed.
• Implement documented therapy plans for Behavior Intervention treatment.
• Monitor students during recess, lunch, drills, and activities.
• Follow behavior plans, collect data, and document progress daily.
