Job summary

Laurel Life is seeking a Behavior Consultant-ABA (BC-ABA) to provide clinical direction and design individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for children, youth, or young adults. The role involves data collection, analysis, and monitoring progress to promote autonomous functioning and community integration.

The candidate will collaborate with the treatment team, participate in meetings, and uphold trauma-informed care principles across services.

Qualifications

• Licensed in PA in psychology or related field as specified (PA DHS eligible) and BCaBA or equivalent certification or 1 year ABA experience with required training.
• Experience in Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and data-driven treatment plan adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA consultation in home, school, and community settings.
• Develop and supervise individualized behavior modification plans.
• Maintain progress notes and write summaries showing progress toward goals.
• Lead treatment team meetings and ensure treatment goals are implemented.
