Job summary

Laurel Life is seeking a Behavior Consultant-ABA to provide clinical direction and develop/monitor individualized treatment plans using ABA principles. You will lead the treatment team, collaborate with professionals, and ensure non-aversive behavioral change methods are applied across settings.

The role requires PA licensure in psychology or related field, and ABA certification with clinical data analysis and reporting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed in PA as psychologist or related professional.
• BCaBA or equivalent ABA certification.
• One year of full-time ABA experience or 12 ABA credits from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA consultation in home, school, and community settings.
• Develop and supervise individualized behavior modification plans.
• Maintain progress notes and write client progress summaries.
• Lead treatment team meetings and coordinate with BHT-ABA.
• Conduct regular data reviews and adjust goals as needed.
• Perform FBA assessments and analyze data to inform treatment.
