Job summary

Dream Big Children’s Center in Apple Valley, CA seeks a dedicated ABA clinician to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

You will guide therapists, mentor staff, collaborate with families, and track progress weekly, while maintaining compliance with funding requirements. This is a full-time, weekday position with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field.
• At least two years of ABA experience with children with autism.
• TB test and livescan clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments under BCBA supervision.
• Develop a treatment plan using naturalistic ABA principles.
• Guide therapists in implementing the plan with coaching and reinforcement.
• Mentor behavior therapists to implement ABA effectively.
• Collaborate with parents to integrate ABA strategies at home.
• Analyze data and monitor weekly progress; present findings to the BCBA.
• Write progress reports for funding sources.
• Attend weekly meetings with the BCBA and clinical team.

Education

Master’s degree in psychology or related field

ABA coursework totaling at least 12 units

TB test and livescan clearance
