Job summary

360 Human Services in Apple Valley, CA, seeks a part-time ABA Clinical Case Supervisor to support toddlers, children, and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will assess, develop ABA programs, supervise staff, and coordinate with BCBA and clinical leadership.

This clinic-based role includes Monday–Friday scheduling with evening hours and occasional weekend coverage, reporting to Clinical Director and BCBA, and supporting families and staff to achieve meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed; 12 graduate-level units toward a master’s.
• At least 1 year supervising behavior programs and training staff.
• Strong ABA knowledge, data collection, and decision-making.
• Excellent organization, reliability, and deadlines met.
• Valid driver’s license and occasional home visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized ABA programs.
• Provide ongoing supervision and coaching to technicians and caregivers.
• Train staff and consult with families to generalize progress at home.
• Monitor progress, analyze data, and prepare reports.
• Complete required documentation and coordinate scheduling.
