Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. Roles start as part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and assist with transfers up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
