Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism using ABA strategies in a 1:1 setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education or related field a plus.
• Experience with ABA therapy or childcare is beneficial.
• Willingness to complete RBT training and certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
