Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles based in Watkinsville, Georgia. Candidates will work closely with children using ABA strategies, implement treatment plans, and support children's success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s in relevant field preferred.
• Reliable transportation necessary for local travel, if required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage with clients actively.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate effectively with families and clinical teams.
• Attend scheduled training and team meetings.
