Point Quest, Inc. is hiring Behavioral Aides for the 2026/2027 school year in the Montclair area. The role supports K-12 students with special needs during school hours, implementing IEP and BIP, and providing individualized instructional support.

This full-time position follows school hours with shifts around 6.5 hours. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid training, and bonuses up to $1,000, plus daily pay and holidays off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience working with students in school or treatment settings.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance where applicable.
• Strong communication and reliability are essential.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some positions require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEP and BIP plans.
• Provide one-on-one instructional support tailored to each student.
• Apply ABA methodologies to support behavior goals.
• Respond to crisis using Pro-ACT or CPI techniques.
• Monitor and supervise students during class, breaks, meals, and transportation.
• Record daily data on behavior, skills progression, and learning objectives.
• Communicate student progress with teachers and supervisors.
