Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Master's program or have Master’s Degree in a related field; BCBA pursuit is preferred.
• 2-3 years experience as a Behavior Therapist.
• 2-3 years experience with children aged 2-18 with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Manager with clinical and administrative tasks.
• Assist with developing interventions to decrease interfering behavior and increase functional skills for in-home and school settings.
• Provide training and consultation for families in implementing positive supports and ABA-based interventions.
• Assist in goal development across communication, functional living skills, social skills, self-help, and recreational skills.
• Assist in intake, observations, and initial behavior assessments.
• Shadow Behavior Therapists, review progress data, and provide feedback.
• Conduct IOA to ensure data accuracy and coach therapists to reduce discrepancies.
• Provide therapy sessions for assigned clients.

Education

Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Master’s degree in related field (completed or pursuing) with BCBA pursuit

Bachelor’s degree with 12 units in ABA courses
