Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• 1+ year of ABA experience including direct client care.
• Leadership, growth, and clinical excellence.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Supervisory experience is a plus, but not required.
• Bilingual skills preferred not required.

Responsibilities

• Carry a small caseload while supporting and supervising Behavior Technicians.
• Provide mentorship, training, and feedback to clinical staff.
• Monitor client progress and assist in treatment plan development.
• Deliver parent training to increase family engagement.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to ensure high-quality care.
• Contribute to team growth through leadership and program support.
