Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor II in Lompoc, CA to lead clinical programs while pursuing a Master’s in ABA or related fields. You’ll supervise a team, meet client needs, and contribute to program quality.

You will mentor staff, ensure compliance, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to expand high-quality services and leadership pathways within the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ABA experience.
• 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Expertise in assessment and intervention strategies.
• Report writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct service delivery.
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain documentation.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects as needed.

• Bilingual skills preferred not required
