Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is seeking an ABA Apprentice to bridge graduate study with practical experience. You will log supervised hours, follow a tailored study plan, and work alongside experienced BCBAs to sharpen clinical judgment.

Compensation varies by region: Texas & Oklahoma $25/hr, Virginia/Maryland/Colorado $28.50/hr, North Carolina $27/hr. Perks include fieldwork hours, PTO, certification, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Completion of a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence within the last 6 months.
• Active RBT certification.
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a mini caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs’ respective caseloads.
• Support BCBAs in staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete monthly mock exams.
• Follow a tailored BCBA readiness plan.
