Job summary

Behavioral Innovations College Station is recruiting for an ABA Apprentice to bridge graduate study and a BCBA career. You’ll gain supervised fieldwork hours, learn from senior BCBAs in real sessions, and follow a tailored readiness plan designed to prepare you for the BCBA exam and your first independent caseload.

The program offers hands‑on learning, structured mentorship, and clear paths into BCBA roles.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• Within 6 months of completing BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence.
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs’ caseload.
• Support BCBA and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete monthly mock exams.
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan.

Compensation

• TX & OK: $25/hour
• MD, VA, & CO: $28.50/hour (based on experience)
• NC: $27/hour
