Job summary

Behavioral Innovations in Sugar Land is offering an ABA Apprentice program designed to bridge graduate school and the first BCBA role. You’ll learn from senior BCBAs, work in real clinical settings, and follow a study plan tailored for exam success.

You’ll receive structured mentorship, hands-on supervision, and clear pathways to advance into BCBA roles as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence.
• Active RBT certification.
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a your own mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analysis client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan

The Essentials

Compensation

• TX & OK: $25/hour


• VA, MD, & CO: $28.50/hour


• NC: $27/hour
