Job summary

Behavioral Innovations in Pearland (TX) seeks an ABA Apprentice to bridge graduate study and the BCBA exam. You’ll learn from senior BCBAs, work in real clinical settings, and follow a tailored readiness plan under our Learning & Development team.

Compensation varies by state: TX & OK $25/hour; VA, MD, CO $28.50/hour; NC $27/hour. Benefits include paid fieldwork hours, PTO, holidays, certification support, health/dental/vision, and DailyPay.

Qualifications

• Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Postgraduate coursework sequence.
• Active RBT certification.
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a your own mini‑caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior‑analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan
