Behavioral Innovations is offering an ABA Apprentice program designed to bridge graduate studies and independent practice. You will learn from senior BCBAs, work with a mini-caseload under supervision, and follow a structured readiness plan to prepare for the BCBA exam.

The role emphasizes hands-on clinical learning, mentorship, and pathways into BCBA roles with growth opportunities across leadership or specialized clinical tracks.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Within 6 months of completing BACB coursework sequence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBA caseload.
• Support BCBAs and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and data analysis.
• Review literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams and follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan.

The Essentials

Compensation:

• TX & OK: $25/hour
• MD, VA, & CO: $28.50/hour (based on experience)
• NC: $27/hour

What You’ll Have (REQUIRED):

• Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
• Active RBT certification
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
• Reliable transportation

What You'll Do

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a your own mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan
