Job summary

Behavioral Innovations offers an ABA Apprentice program designed to bridge graduate studies and independent practice. You’ll work with seasoned BCBAs, gain hands‑on clinical experience, and follow a tailored readiness plan to prepare for the BCBA exam.

The program includes paid fieldwork hours, mentorship, and growth opportunities toward leadership or specialty roles.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• BACB verified Masters or post‑graduate coursework sequence is required.
• At least 60% of BACB supervision hours completed is required.
• Reliable transportation to client sites is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a mini‑caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients under the supervision of BCBA staff.
• Support BCBAs and train staff and caregivers.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and data analysis.
• Review literature related to client programs and outcomes.
• Oversee implementation of behavior‑analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams and follow the Readiness Plan.

The Essentials

Compensation

• TX & OK: $25/hour
• CO: $28.50/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Have

• Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
• Active RBT certification
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
• Reliable transportation

What You’ll Do

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a your own mini‑caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior‑analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan
