Behavioral Innovations in Manassas is offering an ABA Apprentice program designed to bridge graduate training and an independent BCBA practice. You will learn from experienced BCBAs, gain real-world clinical hours, and follow a structured study plan toward the BCBA exam.

The role provides hands-on supervision, mentorship, competitive hourly compensation, and benefits including PTO, holidays, training, and tuition support as you progress toward becoming a fully certified BCBA.

Qualifications

• Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence.
• Active RBT certification.
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a your own mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan
