Behavioral Innovations in Silver Spring, MD, invites motivated graduates pursuing BCBA certification to join our ABA Apprentice program. You will learn under seasoned BCBAs, apply clinical skills in real settings, and follow a structured study plan to prepare for the BCBA exam.

You will gain hands-on experience, supervision hours, and progress toward independent practice, with comprehensive support from Learning & Development as you prepare for your first BCBA role.

Qualifications

• Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence.
• Active RBT certification.
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a your own mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan

The Essentials

Compensation

• TX & OK: $25/hour
• VA, MD, & CO: $28.50/hour
• NC: $27/hour
