Job summary

Behavioral Innovations' Pearland Treatment Center is seeking an ABA Apprentice to bridge graduate school and your first BCBA role. You’ll learn from experienced BCBAs, work in real clinical settings, and follow a tailored study plan toward the BCBA exam.

You’ll gain hands-on supervision, complete mock exams, and move into a BCBA position with mentorship. The role offers paid fieldwork hours, benefits, and a pathway to leadership or clinical specialties within our growing ABA team.

Qualifications

• Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence.
• Active RBT certification.
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a your own mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan

The Essentials

Compensation

• TX & OK: $25/hour
• VA, MD, & CO: $28.50/hour
• NC: $27/hour
