Job summary

A behavioral health program in Manassas is seeking a BCBA Apprentice to join its innovative apprenticeship designed to bridge the gap between graduate school and independent practice. This role focuses on hands-on learning, shadowing experienced BCBAs, and follows a dedicated study plan to prepare for the BCBA exam. Candidates must have an active RBT certification and be within 6 months of completing the required academic coursework. What You’ll Have (REQUIRED):

• Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
• Active RBT certification
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed

What You'll Do

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for your own mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs' respective caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior‑analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan
