ModivCare in Danbury is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care. Starting pay is $16.94 per hour with extra cash through the Caregiver Rewards Program, and immediate opportunities in Waterbury.

You will assist with daily activities, offer companionship, and help maintain a safe, welcoming home. Flexible schedules include full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts, with weekly pay and benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed
• Respect diverse client personalities and communicate professionally
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence
