Care Finders, Inc. is hiring caregivers in Ansonia, CT and surrounding areas. We offer flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, weekends), weekly pay, paid orientation, and a rewards program with referral bonuses.

• Availability to work day or evening shifts, weekdays and/or weekends
• Reliable transportationto and from client's location
• Fluent in English, bilingual preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
