Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support in New Britain and surrounding areas. You will help with daily activities, offer companionship, and ensure safety and comfort for clients in their homes.

Starting pay is $16.94 per hour with additional bonuses through our rewards program. This role offers flexible schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for career growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or caregiving roles preferred.
• Willingness to work in New Britain and surrounding areas.
• Comfort with helping clients with daily activities and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and comfort to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities including dressing, bathing, and meals.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming living space.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate safety concerns and escalate when needed.
• Be a friendly, steady presence for clients.

Job Requirements & Preferences:

• We're currently hiring caregivers in New Britain, Rocky Hill & surrounding areas
• Availability to work day or evening shifts, weekdays and/or weekends
• Reliable transportationto and from client's location
• Fluent in English, bilingual preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
