Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is actively seeking caregivers in Ansonia and surrounding areas to provide compassionate in-home care and support to clients.

The role offers flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts, with opportunities to care for diverse clients and maintain independence in the home setting. You will receive weekly pay, paid orientation, and access to our rewards program, plus premium holiday pay, PTO and benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; bilingual preferred.
• Availability for day or evening shifts, weekdays and/or weekends.
• Reliable transportation to and from the client's location.
• Caregiving experience or related background is a plus.
• Live-In caregiving and general caregiving roles available.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility support.
• Provide medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Keep living spaces safe, clean, and welcoming.
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed.
• Respect client preferences and maintain professionalism.
• Be a friendly, steady presence for clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
