• Experience in people management.
• Knowledge of downstream purification with chromatography.
• Hands-on AKTA purification systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 3–5 person downstream process team and provide technical support and SME knowledge.
• Coordinate with upstream and analytical teams.
• Develop and transfer downstream processes for next-generation AAV.
• Manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare reports and maintain electronic lab notebooks.
• Other duties as assigned.
