Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group (MWG) is hiring tow operators to serve members on the road. You will operate tow trucks, perform basic diagnostics, and provide roadside assistance such as tire changes and fuel delivery. No towing experience is required as training is provided.

Starting pay is 22.75 per hour with generous shift differentials and potential monthly bonuses, plus a robust benefits package and 40-hour minimum weeks, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness and flexibility to work around hours of 11am–Midnight, including weekends.

Lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, several times a day; bending, kneeling and stooping as required for service calls. Works in all weather and all traffic conditions. Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy and hazardous.
