AAA Central Penn is seeking driven Insurance Sales Agents for a hybrid role in Camp Hill, PA. The position offers a competitive hourly rate plus commission, with strong earning potential as top agents averaged $100K in 2024.

You will generate leads, manage a pipeline, and meet sales targets while providing expert insurance advice and excellent customer service. This role includes benefits and a supportive team environment under AAA branding.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of proven success in the insurance industry.
• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses.
• Strong sales mindset with a track record of achieving results.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust quickly.
• Detail-oriented with a customer-first approach.

Mansioni

• Generate and develop leads through AAA's member base, walk-ins, phone, internet, and networking.
• Manage and actively maintain a pipeline of prospects.
• Conduct a minimum of 50 prospecting calls per week and track activity.
• Meet or exceed key performance goals, including a 33% closing rate.
• Quote and sell personal lines insurance products while educating customers.
• Support complex service needs in partnership with Client Service Agents.
• Ensure compliance and protect customer confidentiality.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across AAA products and services.
