Macomb County Auto Home & Life Inc seeks a dependable Customer Service Representative to join our established insurance team. You will assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general inquiries while delivering prompt, professional service.

We’re open to a candidate who can possibly work remotely; the role includes benefits such as health insurance, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and an after-90-days $1,000 bonus for meeting performance targets.

**AAA/ Meemic current experience bonus $1000** (after 90days)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general inquiries
• Sell and bind new policies
• Accurately process endorsements, payments, and documentation
