Job summary

Secret 6 is seeking a skilled 3D Generalist Artist to join our AAA game development team. You will create high-fidelity hard surface and organic assets, optimize for real-time rendering, and collaborate with concept artists to align with artistic direction and gameplay needs.

You will apply industry-standard techniques, maintain clean topology and textures, and participate in reviews to refine workflows within an international team. A strong portfolio with AAA experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in AAA game development across hard surface and other assets.
• Strong background in art, design, or related field.
• Deep understanding of realistic, high-fidelity hard surface modeling, baking, texturing.
• Proficiency in Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer or similar tools.
• Solid grasp of shape language, material definition and lighting.
• Creative, resourceful and good problem-solving skills for complex modeling.
• Excellent communication and teamwork to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Able to take direction, apply feedback, and meet deadlines.
• Experience across multiple asset types (hard surface, props, environments, organic) a plus.
• Has at least one AAA released title.

Responsibilities

• Design and create high-fidelity 3D assets for AAA games (hard surface, props, environments, organic).
• Optimize assets for real-time rendering while preserving realism.
• Develop clean topology, UV layouts and texture maps.
• Collaborate with concept artists and leads for artistic direction and gameplay needs.
• Support multiple art areas and adapt asset creation as needed.
• Adhere to project guidelines and update leads on task progress.
• Participate in team meetings, reviews and critiques to improve workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to improve asset quality.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities with diligence and excellence.
