Job summary

Breeze Airways is seeking an A220 Flight Instructor to deliver high-quality training for Initial, Recurrent, Upgrade and Requalification curricula. You will train in the classroom, Flight Training Device, and Full Flight Simulator, ensuring adherence to Breeze and FAA standards and policies.

As part of the Training Department, you will maintain currency, prepare paperwork, and communicate Breeze philosophies to line pilots while supporting simulator and ground training initiatives and regulatory

Qualifications

• Unrestricted ATP certificate with airplane multi-engine class rating.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to complete Breeze initial pilot training.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Represent Breeze and the Training Department at all times.
• Fairly, thoroughly, and objectively evaluate and/or train students.
• Understand procedures, methods, and techniques for training pilots.
• Maintain currency and access to Breeze manuals and FAA forms.
• Instruct across A220 normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures.
• Prepare for and provide simulator and ground training.
• Assist in planning, coordination, and scheduling of simulator training.
• Ensure course content meets regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct per Breeze values.
