Job summary

Breeze Airways is seeking a Ground Instructor for its Ground Instructor to First Officer Pathway Program. You will deliver ground-based instruction for new hires and recurrent training for Breeze pilots, while continuing to build flight hours.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Certified Flight Instructor (CFI).
• Must have at least one year aviation instructor experience.
• FAA Commercial certificate with airplane multi-engine class rating.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Satisfactorily complete required training.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must transition to 121-operating environment.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure course content meets regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Manager, Ground Training Systems to standardize curriculum.
• Prepare and maintain training records and documentation.
• Maintain classrooms and training facilities.
• Review publications to stay current on procedures and regulations.
• Participate in development and presentation of training efforts.
• Instruct curriculum segments common to other training programs.
• Provide ground instruction to Breeze pilots and new hires.
• Prepare and maintain presentations and provide classroom training.
• Assist in planning, coordination, and scheduling of classroom training.
