Job summary

Breeze Airways is seeking a qualified A220 Flight Instructor to deliver top-tier instruction across Initial, Recurrent, Upgrade, and Requalification curriculums. The role involves training in classrooms, Flight Training Device, and Full Flight Simulator, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

You will represent Breeze’s Training Department, train line pilots, and ensure paperwork and regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted ATP certificate with airplane multi-engine class rating.
• Previous US Part 121 pilot experience.
• At least 23 years of age.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to complete Breeze initial pilot training.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success.
• Complete projects on time with minimal supervision; varied hours when necessary.
• Able to lift 40 lbs; navigate stairs and flight deck procedures.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Represent Breeze and the Training Department at all times.
• Fairly, thoroughly, and objectively evaluate/training students.
• Understand procedures, methods, and techniques for training pilots.
• Maintain access to FAA forms, Breeze manuals, and job aids.
• Instruct in areas including A220 procedures and indoctrination.
• Complete paperwork for Breeze requirements in a timely manner.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordination of simulator training.
• Ensure content meets regulatory requirements.
• Participate in standardization and Training Department improvement activities.
• Maintain airman certificates and ratings as required.

Education
