Job summary

Breeze Airways is seeking a Direct Entry A220 Captain to lead safe flight operations in accordance with FARs and company policies. You will verify airworthiness, assess weather, supervise crew, and ensure efficient, on-time performance.

Applicants must hold FAA ATP with 3,000 hours FW and 2,000+ hours in large Group II aircraft, plus 500+ hours PIC in this category and a current First-Class Medical. The role includes extensive leadership duties and travel perks with Breeze.

Qualifications

• FAA ATP certificate and multi-engine rating by FARs.
• Minimum of 3,000 hours fixed-wing time with 2,000+ hours in large Group II transport category aircraft.
• 500+ hours PIC in large Group II transport category aircraft.
• 500+ hours PIC within the last 3 years.
• Current First-Class FAA Medical Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and timely completion of flight operations per FARs and company policies.
• Operate aircraft as assigned, review weather, airspace, and operational factors.
• Supervise enroute performance of crewmembers and manage cockpit duties.
• Maintain proficiency and knowledge of procedures and systems for the aircraft.
• Perform pre- and post-flight inspections to confirm airworthiness.
